I want to cancel an order I just placed

If you placed a Sites Checker monitoring plan order and no longer want it, send us a cancel order request with the order details.

How to request it

• Open the Submit a Request form and select Cancel Order.
• Enter the email address used when the order was placed.
• Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used.
• Describe which order you want cancelled.

Details that help us find the order

• The plan name selected at checkout
• The date the order was placed
• The amount shown on your statement

What happens next

Our support team reviews the request and replies by email to the address you provide. Keep the request number shown after you submit so you can refer to it in any reply.
